I understand what you want, but SysMon take a grab of the Exec task/process list for each refresh and therefore don't save an "historic" for each task/process. Sorry.

Feature request: Can the task page remember the highest stack used and display it in a new column? This would be useful for optimising the how much stack to set.

hi. for the next update - the autoinstall script must be placed outside the program directory to work. regards... michael

Ah, I see now: peg2ide.device. Maybe you can ask some MOS devs for the necessary changes. Yes, there are other tools but not in one program. Also, it would be nice to use the same program no matter what I just booted - OS4 or MOS.

@Heribo Thank you for your feedback, me too I have a Pegasos. I quickly tried to compile it on MOS but to much function in SysMon are specific to AmigaOS. And on MOS, you have yet ikill, taskmanager, etc... @Thematic, Ooops, I didn't checked on Aminet before to release SysMon, I just checked OS4Depot.

A good tool! Thank you for this. Goes beyond Scout and other old tools. Especially I like the networking functionalities. As I boot up my Peg sometimes with OS4, sometimes with MOS, would it be possible to also do a MOS version?

Unimportant, but funny that there's an unrelated Sysmon on Aminet. A while ago the version numbers pretty much matched as well.

Hi ! >>> OK, I understand the problem, I've to search the solution. In the demo of the NList.mcc the NList is scrolling like you said but not my program (for the moment I don't know why) >>> Ok, hope if can be solved easily, not a big problem at the end but still if it can be fixed ... :-)) >>> For each try, the closure of SysMon make a System freeze ? >>> Yes, but not always with the same error, sometimes it crash with DSI/ISI, sometimes i got only yellow alerts (it say somethings related to the gliphs) and so .. Still for sure not so stable on my machine >>> I don't have problem to close (for example) MUI-OWB, Calculator even if they are active but in general it's not very secure to close an active window/program. >>> Same here, SysMon work and i can kill many programs, task etc .. just SysMon is always in problem when autoself closed >>> Thank for the catalog, I send you a PM on Amigans.net >>> np :-) just sent my reply on amigans and via mail

OK, I understand the problem, I've to search the solution. In the demo of the NList.mcc the NList is scrolling like you said but not my program (for the moment I don't know why) I just retest to kill the SysMon himself and I don't encountered problem or freeze. I don't have problem to close (for example) MUI-OWB, Calculator even if they are active but in general it's not very secure to close an active window/program. For each try, the closure of SysMon make a System freeze ? Thank for the catalog, I send you a PM on Amigans.net

The manual scroll of any part of the program (using the scrollbar) will not be updated until you release the mouse button, i think it would be better to give a "realtime" scroll like when you just use the mouse wheel :-) By the way just as experiment i try to kill the SysMon task but the program doesn't quit and then freeze the machine instaed, or it quit but with a yellow alert. My translation is already done and tested, where i can send you ? Can you give me your e-mail ?

Thank you very much Samo79, for the comment and for the future italian translation. For the scrolling, how can I reproduce the problem ? Thanks again :)

Awesome tool, even quite complete and stable :-) Just a very small though, scroll with the mouse wheel is ok but not so good if you manually move up/down the scrollbars instead Well done :-) BTW an italian translation is on the way ;-)

@Kas1e Thanks :) Yes, you are right, I plan to learn how to use the timer device to implement auto-refresh. And I have to see how difficult is to use the right mouse button... I just opened a thread in OS4coding forum for the CPU consumption. Thanks for suggestions

Nice tool ! Small, fast, native. Just what doctor ordered :) Small suggestion for TODO: auto-refresh. Like you open "Windows" tab, they show you bunch of windowses. You close one of windowses, and sysmom auto-detect closing, and auto-refresh the list (or just make refreshing of list every 2- seconds or so). I just remember that old ARTM (68k based sysmon) works like this. Another suggestion, its have ability to make a changes from SysMon. I.e. you choice let's say any "window" , press "RMB" on it, and have some menu like "Close/Hide/Unhide" or so. And the same for other parts of programm as well. Can be pretty handy. As about " how to find the CPU used by each tasks but I have really no ideas how to implement this" , try os4coding, maybe you will have some luck with it.

Thanks BandiT for your comment. I had searched when I began this program how to find the CPU used by each tasks but I have really no ideas how to implement this. if somebody knows in which direction searched...

Awesome work, any chance in adding cpu usage per task?
