This is an AmigaOs 4.x port of "dose 2", an SDL-based demo by mfx.
It's based on the full public source release with some little endianess cleaning
and fixing for non-pc platforms done by marq/fit (marq()iki.fi). 
No SDL library is required, as it is statically compiled in the exe. Sources are
included.

Changes:

- ogdecode.h: added the relevant typedefs for Os4.
