If i type perl from abc-shell i get no prompt, and when i press ctrl+c i get a
visit from the grim reaper.

It makes more sense as it's not a module that's going to be compiled into an
executable, and it's a lot cleaner to have Perl and PHP in there and then assign
usr: to SDK: or SDK:local, rather than have it mixed with all the .a file in
CLib2/...

Otherwise the path of any existing script, library and module has to be changed
to reflect this.
