FYI: It seems that iTunes encrypts the iTunesD starting with a x.y version of
the firmware of the ipod. This this tool cannot encrypt the file an present the
contained music files. Thus this tool doesn't do anything, does not report an
error and does not mount any volume.

Just one hint, which is missing in the README, the codeset library is
needed. Is even available on os4depot.net
