If you don't know what this means then it's not for you. This filesystem is not very exciting or anything and that's why the readme is so short. BTW Your googling skills suck.

Please be more descriptive (there once was a template for things that have to be filled out before uploading files to Aminet; sadly nearly everybody seems to ignore this for not giving any information to their possible users) and name 
 
a) what is its purpose? 
b) what does it do? 
c) which Filesystem does it mount or handle? 
d) What does it have to do with SAM? 
DOS means Disk Operating System, so just saying &quot;DOS&quot; does not give any information about which DOS this is about.
