WarpSNES work in AmigaOS4.1 BETA with Fixes. 
ROM files must be SMC and Stack Size should be set to well, as much as you need maybe the maximum..  RightClick->ICON->Information->StackSize

Did not work here too with OS4 Final :(

WarpSNES works almost perfect here (with some exceptions) when the following 
conditions are met: 
 
1. The ROMs are unarchived in the PROGDIR:ROMS/ drawer and they don't contain 
spaces in the names. For example "Super Double Dragon (E) [!].smc" 
becomes "SuperDoubleDragon.smc". 
2. I run a small program written by myself called AIFix which opens the 
Joysticks but don't close them, so the AmigaInput bug about closing joysticks 
don't appear anymore. 
3. I run it on full screen. 
 
Problems which appear from time to time: 
 
1. Sometime when exiting the emulator freezes, and this is on some specific 
games. 
2. In full screen there is a white border around the screen. Not too good for 
CRT monitor like mine. 
3. Random crashes when playing for too long, many different games (during 
switching).

For me, it crashes as soon as WarpSNES is launched.

Hello, 
On my system the same error occurs, however the reason is that 
xadmaster doesn't handle the zip-archives. WarpSNES and amiNES both 
uses xadmaster for the archives. Dunno why it worked before. Maybe the 
new SDK causes the problem.

On my machine warpSNES crash with requester: Actrl failed 
Work fine with version 1.42

I just tried 2 games aandtheavengers.zip  and 
adinosaursstory.zip and they both killed my system dead. 
 
They work fine with version 1.42
