Btw, there on os4depot, uploaded tool called "amigainputanyware.lha". As i can see in readme its: "Control mouse and keyboard with your gamepad". So, that mean that you can redirect any game or app to your joypad with no problems. 
 
But i not tested that, dunno how good it works (i have no joypads:) )

Nice and slick game, with nice sound effects and music, but there is no joypad support !
