Err. No. Isn't that the point of having a read me? A brief description. ;-)  I've never heard of this game. It could be about a postal company where you avoid getting the sack while needing to deliver a sack of mail for all I know. Sim Post. :-)

the gog version of postal plus (classic and uncut in Europe) comes with 2 soundfiles in res/game/ 
22050_8.sak and 22050_16.sak 
if you want the 16 bit sound in 22050 Hz version the audio section must looks like this :

the uA1 have only 32 mb vram, you could try to lower the resolution and/or try to switch to software renderer, an example how to do this is provided in the start script
