You can ignore the "Data:" requester. The message regarding the config file is normal and only occurs after the first use. Both have no relationship.. :-)

it says please insert volume data: in any drive.. 
if i cancel that it says it failed to find the config file and contiues. 
maybe you should include a data/ dir with a config file in the archive?
