So far I've made the following changes: 
 
- switched to new TimeVal & TimeRequest (-D__USE_OLD_TIMEVAL__ not needed anymore) 
- added interfaces name to functions (-D__USE_INLINE__ not needed anymore) 
- changed title string to show modes as "Simple" and "Best" instead of "S" and "B" 
- added WIDTH tooltype, ignored if value provided is less than 60 pixels (i.e. 1 minute). 
 
I'd like to add a HEIGHT tooltype, a SCREEN tooltype, menus, real transparency, borderless and backdrop modes, iconification to allow changing screenmode without closing cpuwatcher, auto-adjusting window to show the network when the window is at the bottom, etc. 
 
As the license is set to "other" on the sources and "emailware" on the binary I'm not sure I can upload my changes so I'll check with Juha what to do.

That kind of apps help a lot when you develop something. Will be cool to see updated versions with new features (go AlexC:) )
