I checked all 3 "Iconsreworked" icon packages, but I didn't find any. But I've added a normal drawer-icon for the drawer. 
 
And I got the version cookie to work. I have two cookies in the code ($VER: and $EXTVER:), I just swapped order of them to not confuse VERSION, and it works now :D

If i'm not mistaken one iconset for your program should be in one of his "Iconsreworked" icon package, there are 3 different archive and all of them are availible here on OS4Depot

Hmm, it might have do with that it can't find the Info_dt datatype (although it should make a clean exit)... 
 
Do you have the Info_dt datatype installed correctly and the system rebooted? 
And what OS version are you running?

If you mean the selected state of the icon then currently I'm unable to read 
the selected image of an icon with Hollywood :/ However, I can come up with 
some other type of 'highlighting' of clicked icons in future releases :)

Tested a bit the latest 1.50 .. all good but some spare considerations/suggests: 
 
- Would be nice to have a sort of highlighting when we click on icons 
 
- The "O" shortcut (of the OK) in about window doesn't work .. window can be closed pressing "Enter" of course, but the quick shortcut doesn't work at the moment 
 
- For the next release would be nice to have a VERSION support 
 
- Maybe you can use a nice icon for the program's folder, eventually check the Tommysammy archive .. he probably painted one already :-) 
 
- In italian catalog the latest string "Edit" still in english .. it could be translated as "Modifica" 
 
For the rest all seems working nicely :-)

Pleases make sure you have the Icon/Info datatype installed and the System (OS) rebooted. And the error message should go away... :)

There is a small problem with preferences and a recent version of dos.library. It's very easy to fix and if you contact my privately at ncc @ f2s.com I'll  explain the problem and the fix. Idea are good, yes (the same done in Ambient on morphos already), but because its Hollywood based app - its a bit slow :( I.e. when you run it, you can see how window start to be white, then start to have background, then you can see how icons draws one after one. 
 
It do the same on plain C, it will be cool imho.

This is the kind of software that should be bundled with the OS and the same goes for Filer.  Hope to see it in there one day.  Alas keep up the good work. :-)

Nice idea - but is there any chance to have a future version that do *not* need the icon-datatype? An active icon datatype has (often) side effects, which is the reason why i have it never activated. There should be a possibility to use standard icon.library functions to load the icon images... 
Another suggestion: I would like to see some kind of user preferences to add 3rd party prefs (i.e. "users & groups", XAD prefs etc.).

The new version is looking for "sys:Prefs/Env-Archive/sys/def_file.info", it should be looking for "ENV:sys/def_file.info". I got this error as I've moved all those annoying def icons out of envarc:sys and into envarc:def_icons/sys then added "assign envarc: envarc:def_icons add" to my user-startup. 
So far (over 3 years) yours is the only program to fail.
