a call diagram from a program's source code files.

   HISTORY
       2.0 - Added AmigaOS4 & PPC (gcc) support.
       1.2 - CProfiler is now working correctly!

   NOTES
   
   Originally written using GadToolsBox V37.300 & SAS-C V6.58 on an 
   A4000T (OS3.5).  Newer version compiled with gcc V2.95 on an
   AmigaOne PowerPC with AmigaOS4!
