Installation/Usage:

1. Extract CDDAPatch program somewhere on your harddisk.
2. Configure which drives you want patched using the tooltypes.
3. Add to WBStartup prefs to start at boot time or double-click icon to start
   manually.
4. Since this is a commodity without a GUI double-clicking the icon again will
   stop it (Warning: this might cause a crash if a program is currently in one
   of the patched functions).
