OpenArena is a free FPS game, based on ioquake3 engine. OpenArena does not need
original
Quake III Arena game data to work.
* Requirements
- AmigaOS 4.0 (version 4.1 recommended)
- MiniGL (version 2.0 recommended)
- Warp3D-capable video card
- OpenArena 0.8.1 data (.pk3 files), available from:
http://openarena.ws/files.html
Please note that OpenArena archive is quite large (304 MB!).
* Installation
1) Extract the .pk3 files to baseoa/ directory.
2) Now you should be able to start the game with OpenArena executable
Please note that OpenArena uses internal "stack cookie" of 2000000 bytes to
avoid
potential issues with stack.
