      gui.prefs file for my Atez_SilverBlue Theme.
Strange garbage in the original file makes that some programs don't refresh the
titlebar, you can disable the Efects option in the GUI PREFS, or unpack this
file in the prefs drawer of the THEME.
Thanks to SAMO79 that nake me know the fault.
