memory.h is a very obsolete headerfile that is still used by some software :-(
You should edit the files that use it and exchange memory.h with string.h ...
but to be sure that you remember, install this.

Simply copy the content to SDK: and it should work for newlib and clib2.

I hope that you will not need to use this.
