From "RAM Disk:" the file browser didn't work and that is why I was puzzled as to how to use it.

It doesn't start om mySAM440/HD7750
I found CatacombGL_log.txt and it says " FATAL ERROR: SDL_GL_CreateContext failed: Failed to create MiniGL context"
Similar problem is with opengw. Both apps try to open MiniGL context.
