Maybe its hash for different version of ispell maybe.

The crashes I was seeing as in the Crashlog_ispell_2011-09-03_12-19-42.txt seemed to be due to using the americanlrg.hash file.

Using the (recommended) americanmed.hash file and I don't have them any more.
